About FyG
FyG is a Spanish company based in Madrid, specialising in mortgage and real estate management since 2002. We have extensive experience in NPL, PL and REO portfolios, and in process outsourcing (BPO) for servicers, investment funds and financial institutions.
With a nationwide network of branches, technological integration and an expert team, we support the entire portfolio cycle: from analysis and acquisition to formalisation and sale. FyG is a guarantee for efficiency, scalability and compliance in every operation.

The journey begins
Founded on December 17, 2002, FyG began its journey on January 7, 2003.
In August 2003, FyG signed its first major contract with Citibank Spain to manage all its refinancing operations on a national level.
Territorial deployment
FyG began to create a network of delegations throughout Spain with 200 proxies for signature assistance and document management.
Change of location
FyG moved to its new location at Calle Profesor Waksman 10.
Large-scale transactions
FyG manages the mortgage securitisation of 12.000 mortgages for Citibank Spain.
National recognition
The Banco Popular Group approved FYG as a national fund manager.
Entry into major portfolios
FyG manages the first portfolio acquisitions of NPLs and REOs for Bain Capital and Apollo.
Consolidated leadership
During the period 2016–2022, FyG established itself as the leading management company in Spain for handling portfolios of NPLs and REOs.
Sustained growth
FyG expands and modernises its headquarters.
FyG surpasses 1.000 authorised representatives in Spain.
Innovation and new services
FyG creates 3 new departments: Pre-Litigation, Individuals and Mediations.
FyG surpasses 1.500 authorised representatives in Spain.
