Preparation of the legal file

We review the documentation provided by the client, collect enforceable copies, analyse registry and planning encumbrances, and request simple notes or necessary land registry certificates to build a solid documentary base.

Debt settlement and communication to the debtor

We determine the applicable regulations and calculate the debt accordingly (with or without LCCI). We notify the debtor by burofax of the outstanding amount, adjusting the number of notifications depending on the type of operation, and carry out recalculations if required by the court.

Balance Statement Certificate (AFS)

We prepare the necessary certificates to constitute the official document signed by the notary. We manage its delivery, follow-up, and review once executed

Drafting of the claim

We analyse the type of legal procedure required (mortgage enforcement, ETNJ, ETJ, etc.) and review all documentation to ensure its legal consistency. Finally, we draft the claim in line with the most suitable procedural approach.
