FYG’s staff is made up of economists, lawyers and administrative managers with a clear vocation for responsibility and customer service. The hiring modality is the indefinite contract, with the average seniority of the staff in the company being 10 years.

FYG has signed collaboration agreements with different Universities for the incorporation of trainees in internships that facilitates their incorporation into working life. A high percentage of them remain in the company after completing their internships.
