I have been at FyG for a year and had the opportunity to start in the Back Office department. It was my first job in Spain, everything was completely new to me. I have learned so much and grown professionally to the point that I was promoted to the Taxes department. I am very grateful for the opportunity this great company has given me, and I am sure that every day I will continue to perform my duties more professionally thanks to the excellent mentors who support us at all times.

I had the opportunity to start the Marketing department from scratch. Although it was a new sector for me, I have learned a great deal and grown both professionally and personally. I love the work environment, the camaraderie and the development opportunities the company offers. Here, every challenge is also an opportunity to keep moving forward.

At FyG I have found a pleasant working environment and great professionals with whom I can share new projects and continue growing to achieve new professional goals. I would also highlight the communication and closeness in the treatment I have received, as well as the different benefits offered such as condensed working hours, flexible start times and the possibility of remote working options that make it easier to balance family and professional life.

I joined FyG three years ago in the Closing department, and since then I have never stopped learning. During this time, FyG has given me the opportunity to grow professionally until becoming Team Coordinator Closing. I am very grateful for the journey so far and, especially, for the truly amazing work atmosphere here. Working at FyG means being surrounded by a committed team, great camaraderie and plenty of opportunities to keep developing.

Working at FyG was an opportunity I accepted eagerly, keen to learn and grow. Although the Pre-litigation area was new to me, they gave me the confidence and tools needed to move forward with confidence. During this time, I have overcome challenges that have strengthened me, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the company’s constant support, its culture of collaboration and learning, and the backing of an exceptional team. Now I feel more prepared, motivated and committed than ever, eager to continue contributing and growing alongside them all.
